Return Window You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. This is in accordance with your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at arraxtech@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at arraxtech@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
